Sensei Hannah leads curriculum development, oversees all training programs, and coaches the competition team. She is the primary visionary behind Haruki Karate Dojo's growth and community impact.
With over a decade of teaching experience, Sensei Hannah brings a powerful mix of tradition, expertise, and heart to every class. She has coached national-level athletes, including multiple national medalists and champions. Her passion is helping students grow into strong, confident people—on and off the mats.
Loud, fun, and full of energy, Sensei Logan keeps the dojo vibe strong. He brings intensity, creativity, and heart to every session—making training both challenging and exciting. Sensei Logan supports class instruction, competition coaching, and day-to-day operations. He also leads community outreach efforts alongside his fiancée Lauren, helping to build connections with local families and organizations. Sensei Logan plays a key role in maintaining dojo culture, facility management, and student development.
Outside of karate, Sensei Logan loves staying active through weightlifting, hiking, and all kinds of movement—he brings that same energy into everything he teaches.
U.S. Junior National Karate Team Member, 2nd Degree Black Belt
Tristan Bridgeford is a 2nd-degree black belt and member of the 2025 U.S. Junior National Karate Team, having represented the United States in competitions around the world. He has been competing since the age of eight, and despite more than his share of setbacks, he has never wavered from his dream. His dedication, perseverance, and love for karate have shaped him into both a skilled athlete and an inspiring role model.
At the 2025 Nationals, Tristan became the youngest athlete this year to qualify for Senior Team Trials at just 17 years old. He has trained and worked alongside Sensei Hannah Beers for over a decade — their shared commitment and teamwork have helped build the foundation for Haruki Karate’s competitive program, with Tristan’s drive inspiring her to step fully into her role as Competition Coach. His passion for the sport has encouraged countless students to begin and continue their own journeys.
Tristan now assists with tournament coaching and class instruction, pushing students to grow both on and off the mat through hard work, discipline, and positive mental development.
Coach Nathaniel Beers brings a strong background in athletics and human performance to the Haruki team. A former collegiate pitcher for Kansas Wesleyan University, where he helped secure two championship titles, Nathaniel holds a degree in Health Science from KWU, an Education Certificate from Pacific Lutheran University, and a Personal Trainer Certification.
He’s passionate about helping athletes of all ages reach their full potential through disciplined training, mindset development, and personalized coaching. Outside the dojo, Nathaniel coaches for the Sea Wolves Select Baseball Team, continuing to mentor young athletes in teamwork, confidence, and growth.
